Annabel Lee

BIOGRAPHY

Annabel Lee is a Los Angeles rock and roll artist known for her unhinged stage persona and “high octane” (Earmilk) vocals. With LA Music Scene writing “no band is more ready to blow up than Annabel Lee.” Her songwriting is raw and unfiltered with themes surrounding womanhood, empowerment, self-reliance and hidden strength. Getting her start performing at hardcore shows around New England, Annabel brings that kind of unbridled energy to her shows, where everyone is on the cusp of losing their shit. She is a force in the underground Los Angeles alt rock scene packing every venue she plays (The Echo, School Night, Satellite, Hotel Cafe). She is the creator and curator of the Sweat Gala, an annual multi-media, fine art rock showcase and art auction in Los Angeles. She is an official SXSW 2023 showcasing artist.

Amanda Palmer previously brought Annabel on tour after she heard her perform as a student at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. Annabel has had songs featured on shows such as Mrs. Fletcher (HBO), Lucifer (Netflix), The Rookie (ABC), and in a national ad campaign for Casper Mattress. She was booted off of Songland by Leona Lewis, where Ester Dean said “you’re an artist, don’t give away your song…I love everything about you.”
